Following the released all-terrain “Pioneer” (EX86110), RGT will launch the “Desert Fox” at the end of 2020. Desert Fox (EX86120) , is also an all-terrain high-performance off-road vehicle with the reverse drive system. Besides, the wheelbase is 313mm.Basing on the Pioneer platform, Desert Fox redesign the reverse drive system, improve the weight layout, and upgrade the steering function. Desert Fox has split transmission structure with the reverse drive system, the battery mounted in front and the all metal suspension. 45° steering angle, positive Ackerman design, integrally moulded steel chassis rail, the solid steel links, ball-bearing applied in the whole car, high-intensity powder metal gear with slipper, high-precise steel CVA transmission, beadlock wheel and 4 sets of LED functions light, etc, all these are the design characters.

The Desert Fox follows the FJ Cruiser classic style. The bodyshell uses the environmental protection paint PC softshell, and has three colors for option (gray, blue and orange) .  The body accessories have the spare tire, roof rack, rack lamp, foot pedal, grill, LED cornering lamp, headlight with the angle eye function, rear-view mirror, wiper, handle, ax and shovel, etc. Also, the simulated front and rear bumpers, and the hidden front body post, make the overall car more beautiful!

Desert Fox is delivered as a RTR car included all you need accept AA batteries for transmitter.
It is configured with powerful electrical parts, such as the RC550 17T super torque Motor, the Hobby Wing WP-1060 waterproof specially for crawler which supports LiPO mode, 15KG waterproof servo with all-metal gear, 7.2V 2000mAh NiMH battery pack, and special 4-Channel Radio with Light Set Controlling function.

 

Split Transfer Structure:
The motor and the gearbox mounted in the front increases the weight of the front of the car, and improves the climbing traction force, and effectively enhances the climbing angle. The gearbox mounted in the front could connect to the central transfer case, reduces the bevel angle between the central driveshaft and the gears in the case, and realize more effective power transmission. Besides, the transfer case can also prevent the sudden stop of the motor from affecting the climbing performance.
